Planning a BoldPath conference or workshop.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to plan your BoldPath conference or workshop. We designed these events to be easy to administer by providing all the registration services right on our website. Here's how it works:

1. Prayerfully consider the conference or workshop you would like to host at your church.
2. Request a Conference Agreement outlining your specific responsiblities and the financial arrangements.
3. Secure a date with us and return the deposit for your event.
4. Recruit a small team to provide logistical support for the event (e.g. promotion, on-site registration, welcoming, food preparation, etc.)
5. Begin promoting the event within your church and invite other churches in your community to promote the event within their churches as well. We'll create the promotional materials that you can use including: website copy, flyers, PowerPoint slides, one-minute videos, etc.
6. At the appropriate time, we'll open the registration page on our website and also begin promoting to our email list of subcribers in your area.
7. Pray for the men that have registered for the event. We'll work closely throughout the planning process and provide you an updated list of attendees in advance of the event.
8. Anticipate post-conference follow-up. Each of our conferences and workshops encourage men to take the material and learnings into a smaller fellowship group that may result from the event. Strong encouragement to continue in learning and application will strengthen the resolve made at the conference.
